Around 72,000 students have started their journey to higher education in other countries, including the USA, Canada, and the U.K. Although there was a slight drop in students studying abroad due to Covid-19 restrictions, the government sees a greater interest from students to study overseas.
Students are increasingly planning to study abroad. However, each student must be financially, mentally, and physically ready to embark on this adventure. Students can choose the best course, country, or other variables if they have a good understanding of and plan for it.
The current delays in U.S. passport processing are due to COVID-19. Regular processing can now take up to 18 weeks. If you’re interested in studying abroad in 2022, C.U. Education Abroad suggests that you apply as soon as possible.
The CU Education Abroad sees a resurgence in demand. Passports are the first step to international travel. You must have a valid passport for at least six months after your return date to be eligible to enter another country. Some countries may require a minimum of 18 months. You should immediately apply for a passport if you don’t have one. For more information, visit the State Department website.
